ORGANIZATION
There are many aspects to organization in a dental office,in order to create an efficient and less stressful working evironement.
I found every clinic I have gone to needed a serious decluttering. Too much “stuff” and clutter can cause a significant amount of stress in a variety of ways. Not only it makes it hard to keep track of what you own, also the unusable items take the space of what could be utilized for something else to bring in proficiency and ease to your workload.
Knowing the optimal place to store your dental and office supplies creates a better flow and thereby optimizing your employees’ time.
Something as simple as labeling all cuppoard and drawers can really reduce frustration and speed up the way your team works.
It is very easy to make booklets with pictures and descriptions of where dental poducts are stored to reduce anxiety for every one in the clinic including new or temporary staff .
Proper delegation is another keyfactor in running a successful practice. Finding out every one’s strength and thereby appointing the right person for each task will help you achieve a much smoother flow in your practice.
There are also many softwares on the market that can help you run your practice in the most efficient way. My goal is to help you utilize these softwares where it fits.
