Having been a dentist in Europe and North America and having gone through all the steps involved in building and running practices has given me valuable and hard won insights into our field that most general advisors lack. I focus on three main clinic management cores in order to creat a flow in your practice. These 3 pillars, organization, building a team and management of patients, are vey important in creating a calm and gratifying work space.

What I do is tailored to your unique and individual situation. In a few introductory sessions we can review your goals and roll your wishes and concerns into an action plan with a problem mitigation strategy. I help you train your staff , implement structures and find tools that help you achieve your goal.
I function something like a short term project/clinic manager and can help to direct staff and introduce resources.
